Journey Begins - let your dreams come true

Hey everybody,

Very welcome to my Blog. My name is Laura and I'm 21 years old. It's not long ago when I decided to come to Australia. It was, to be honest, a last minute decision. After three years of working in one of the World's best Hotels, I decided to do something different. My work in the hotel was done anyways so there was no better time to leave Germany.

So I applied for my Work & Holiday Visa and took a flight in January to Sydney.

Now it's already November and I'm still here. After 6 months of working in a Restaurant in Sydney, I decided it's time to try something new and make some new experiences. So I was thinking about what to do next and I thought it would be great to do something with Social Media. I already have my own Instagram account and I always wanted to have my own blog etc, but I had no idea how to do it. So there is no better way than to learn it from my Dad.

Why my Dad? He's a professional Photographer & Filmmaker, he's the founder of Epicminutes production Company based in Austria. The Company is specialized for producing Social Media content and works for clients like Red Bull, KTM, Mazda, etc. And of course, he has to travel a lot around the world for his productions. So it was clear that he has to come and visit me. We have planned a big Road Trip around Australia where we can produce a lot of pictures and films so I can learn from him.

Now it's the beginning of November and my Dad finally arrived from Austria.

The first week will be all about preparing, getting the trip planned, contacting different sponsors, collecting footages from Sydney, flying the drone, learning stuff about the equipment and the business ... AND producing our first trailer for our Road Trip.

The plan is to load up new Vlogs every week, also new blog posts and Instagram posts.

So you guys can imagine how much work that is and even harder to learn all this. But I guess I'm blessed to do that together with my Dad and of course I'm super excited how it goes. I'm sure we'll have a great time and I can't wait to learn all the things.

That's all for today I guess, thanks for taking your time to read this. I hope you guys like it. :)

& if you wanna be a part of our journey feel free to follow us on our Social Media platforms.

I appreciate your support!

Stay tuned for the next posts with more pictures and films about our journey through Australia.
